i ByLOUIS A2RAEL i APPROVAL (SOTTO VOCE) THE FIRST;thing is this: The Wicomico County jury questioned over a hundred witnesses and couldn't get enough information about the lynching of Matthew Williams to justify even one indictment. I am greatly surprised and disappointed. The Wicomico countians have not nearly the ingenuity with which I had credited them. I had fully expected them to bring in an indictment against Matthew Williams because he participated in the lynching.
