My dear Governor:
I have seen with a deal of regret how afar from reasonable expectation of the duties of the office in which you function a few of my colleagues have gone to find occasion to adversely critioise your action in the matter of lynching at Salisbury, Md. That which movated*^ts but an illusion and has realty only in their objective delusions as to the duties of the office in which you have so well served the people of our state and by which service honored it.
