Porhaps it is unneooBoary fer rao to review the stops I fravo taken and am taking in an endeavor to apprehend the perpetrators of the lynching • ISioy have in the raain boon recorded in the public press, including particularly tho editorial in The Baltimore Sun of December 11th. Under ray direction tho Attorney General of tho State has been on the Eastern Shore this week and is there today in the discharge of his duties in this connection.
